Taragaon Next
It is an expansive yet intimately designed space comprising nine galleries interwoven inside three buildings. Out here, the multi-layered, unique histories of Kathmandu, one of the most rapidly industrializing cities of the world and beyond, come into life through curated exhibition surveys of the Nepal Architecture Archive (NAA) collection alongside contemporary artifacts.


It covers an area of 35,000 sq. feet. It exhibits 18th and 19th-century photographs, watercolors and engravings, artist sketches, maps, plans, drawings, and various other documentation in its permanent collection. Besides its permanent collection, it also has a contemporary art gallery, an event hall, and two outdoor amphitheaters.
